Good for any service of facial treatments at Shirley’s Beauty Image within a year from the date of purchase. (Including one set of skin care products)

HOW TO SPA

APPOINTMENTS:
Please schedule your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date, time and therapist. We suggest you  arrived 15 minutes prior to your  appointment to review your schedule and fill out the necessary paperwork. Should you arrive late, your  appointment may be shortened to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.

To avoid charges, please honor our  24-hour advance notice cancellation  policy for single treatments. Spa  packages and group reservation require 48 hours.

CELL PHONES AND PAGERS:
To preserve a peaceful experience for everyone, cell phones and pagers must be turned off in the Spa.

AGE REQUIREMENT AND  CHILDREN:
Guests must be at least 16 years of age, otherwise a parent or guardian’s  approval is required. Children are not permitted in the Spa facilities.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
Because Spa services require bare skin and freedom to move, we request that you refrain from wearing jewelry. Spa may not be held responsible for lost or stolen articles.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
We are committed to your privacy. We keep all personal and medical  information confidential and secure.

GRATUITY:
Prices do not include gratuity, except for Spa packages and group reservations.
In appreciation to the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at
your discretion.

CONSULTATIONS:
Consultations on our services or  products are available over the phone or in our Spa.
